I use blue as well, mostly because it's a bit easier on my eyes. When I went to a single 40" monitor, my old color scheme was killing me..... Lack of emotion when it comes to trading actually seems like a bonus.

I believe it was 50% daily win rate before. Not over all win rate.

I used it to practice ES for the years I didn't trade. Was helpful.

Haven't updated in a bit. Been an adjustment period getting used to more day trading. Recently have passed the combine and funded trader prep. Will try to update occasionally On how funded trading is going.

The combine is not at all easy to pass that's for sure. However, I haven't been trading very long, and ES even less time. It's helped me refine some things when it comes to the risk side of my trading. I've been able to put up better numbers in the past, but often I'd give up a good bit. So...

As to the holding longer, Maybe just do to the fact that even though most of my trades are "day trades", I'm coming from a swing perspective. I'm rarely taking 2 or 3 point trades. I'm usually looking 10 plus. When I'm getting hit on low profit trades, it's just from me adjusting stops.

I will say I'm not throwing out fliers all day at high and lows. There is a little more to the way I trade than that. A good bit of the time I'm on trend. Yes, I've been far too early trying to jump the gun on trend change. It's part of the nature of the way I trade, and a little less "painful"...

LOL, yes, I've done those things. However, I couldn't imagine the mind F I'd go through doing the opposite of what I think. Then at some point I'd be out thinking myself so much I wouldn't be able to execute a thing. Focused on getting my win rate up another 7-8%, and will just continue finding...

Today is an example of an extreme. Today would be a day to probe when things settle.

I'm just trading like a fool. Buying support in a down trend, instead of selling resistance. I do this a lot at extremes, which I've had large gains from. However, a very poor approach in the middle of a range while down trending.

Out of the combine, I was picking lows. Was fighting a trend when I believed it was on the verge of changing. I need to rework my methods.

Stopped out for loss limit at exact Lod. Ripping off that level.
