it had nothing to do with pattern day trading, I was looking to get portfolio margin, and was told by a few firms that since I am Canadian I cant... so was thinking of becoming an american LLC...

you know, one of the best ways to expose a bad prop, is to actually name it... it will be picked up by google and when prospective clients do searches it will come up. you cut off a shady companies income, and you will see how quickly they will try to buy your silence
