Today I sold SFM @ 10am. To my dismay there was no news published on IB or yahoo finance by then but stock was up by 10% on down day(sfm didn't impress street with its results 2 days ago). At ~2pm yahoo published news which I thought was reason for10% move What do folks suggest for market...
