No. If you are a NinjaTrader lifetime license key owner there are no additional costs. I would also recommend Rithmic data feed as an alternative to CQG if and when it becomes available with NT.

I'd recommend AMP/CQG for NT.

Rithmic is no longer an option for NT through AMP. Only CQG or TT is available to choose from in the client platform setup section.
