I finally found the time to have a look at the free edition. It looks more or less like the original Softinvestor program. Even though I would still prefer the original version when doing technical analysis my self, I must admit that it seems very sueded for those new to technical analysis or...

I am currently a paying customer (and satisfied) on my 6th month. When I was about to renew my subscription I found that Softinvestor has recently been released in a free edition (http://www.softinvestor.com/free). It's worth a shot before renewing. I'll get back to you guys.
