You're a bit of sourpuss Brownian - granted there are numerous things that could be improved(and customer service necessary for that is lacking. But speed and stability are the two most important things for an active trader. And if Laser is running well - it really is tops in those categories...

It's been good here from 10.15 or so. Make sure you have the latest version downloaded though. Good luck.

I'm having trouble logging in. Anyone else? As an aside since my first post - Genesis has done a lot to improve Laser - and though it took long - Laser seems to (almost) back to its old reliable self. Good work.

^HA! You barely get a response. My main concern has been the marked deterioration in Laser. It used to be a great platform but I've no idea why things are getting worse. For me - the exceptionally poor customer service is the worst aspect of this.

What is up with Genesis' Laser these days? It seems to be getting worse and worse. From one of the most reliable trading software out there to a nightmare. What the hell is going on? How did it get worse? And it's practically everday now!

Serge is officially gone from Genesis as of mid-November or so. Information from source who went down to NY. Anyone know how I can get the older versions of Laser that have stops still enabled? Just want to use the straight stop not trailing ones. Thx

Yes - Genesis customer service is the absolute worst it's been for a very long time and I've been with them for more than a year. Maybe all the remote traders at Genesis need to get organized and speak with a collective voice - but even that prolly won't amount to much:mad:
