Oh, I'm not saying that there's anything wrong with trend following; just that the book is crap. It doesn't say anything about the methods that are used or how to build a trend following system, it's all just filler and promotional material for his website.

I'm reading "The Logical Trader" by Mark Fisher and "Options and Options Trading: A Simplified Course That Takes You From Coin Tosses to Black-Scholes" by Robert Ward. Here's a video of Fisher talking about his ACD method. He's really funny and the video is definitely worth watching.
