what is the problem with ACATS for the accounts. I plan on opening an account this week in the F&F account and will be transferring in 3-4 accounts. Is there something that I should do instead?

I was informed by IB Institutional Sales that I could charge a 1% yearly management fee paid monthly and a 20% performance bonus paid quarterly. Is this correct or is their a limit on the amount of performance bonus that can be charged.

In the friends and family account, is there any way that you can use the IB TWS integrated with Tradestation.

I am in the process of setting up an account through IB in the friends/family program (where you can manage a few accounts under one umbrella), my question is, can I still use the Tradestation platform and order entry (and somehow have it tied into IB) or do I have to do everything through IB?

quick question, does anyone know if you can start a hedge fund for some friends and family (with a few million dollars) made up of mostly IRA funds. Not sure if there are any ERISA laws?? Thanks!

I am looking for a simple way to scan throught the Radar Screen for intraday stock trading up a specified amount on a significant increase in volume. I have no experience with EasyLanguage and cannot find anything in RadarScreen to point me in the right direction. Thanks for your help!
