Moving to Monterey Bay Area: Any Tips?

I trade from Watsonville and have worked on IT Projects in Monterey. Internet connectivity in the Monterey Bay area has issues on a regular basis. A trader would be better off over the hill in San Jose for both steady power and steady internet connections. That observation is from my direct...

What if you dont get your $ back?

Verify that they actually do clear through who they said they cleared through. More than one firm has not checked out when I have called the clearing firm to check! No I will not answer in this thread as to who - ask them their clearing firm and then call that clearing firm and verify. Verify...

    Open Letter to Interactive Brokers

MBT Genisis (either prop or through sogoelite) just two ideas, search brokers on this site. I went to IQ Feed for data after getting tired of IB probs, now seem to have to re-login to TWS repeatedly lately - definetly not cool. Sector leaders change, guess leading brokers do too.

    IB charting vs. QouteTracker charting??

resize your charts - place everything where you want it on the screen select configure - manage workspaces - save it - like I said - when you open THAT workspace you will have whatever you saved it as (whatever charts where open - where they were - on what screen/sized how ya had em, etc)...

    IB charting vs. QouteTracker charting??

Open TWS's chart and look for the crosshair/circle thingy up on the right side there - click that - then when you click on a symbol it automatically loads it in the chart. open up a few charts - click the crosshair on all of em - set diff timeframes and size the charts - voila - triple charts...
