    yeah I got my answers.. if it expires you get the premium LESS the difference between current price minus strike sold thank you.. I am tempted to sell otm futures options... but then again, it is tempting to go long premium since futres does move to pay the prem and then some...

    Ok why is saxo margin for FOREX NAKED SHORT options LESS than IB ? saxo also is less than any futures options. is'nt the risk the same..? saxo i beleive has the following NAKED SHORT margin= spot price * 2% * delta * contract size IB ... and futures contract...

    if it is itm and i was long on the options, and if i want to exersise it now as oppose to re selling them, i can do that any time it is itm right ? i am confused. isn't futures traded in american style option when one can exercise it if it is itm >?

    avg move 100 pips... not enough to warrent buying options premium is too high also and time goes against you if one is long on options.. still a noob , but learning i think it is better to sell premium..but then every one is doing it... :(

    thank you again.. I must admit i have done demo for 6 month now...and some strategies are worth taking a risk and do work. i am not talking about strategies that you lock profit and sleep on it.. ( unless ofcourse it is arb ).. but hedging, doing homework, exit strategy , money...
