how to start a prop firm

In a previous thread I asked about real, honest, secure, legal prop firms in Canada, since most are shady fronts set up to steal your security deposit or disappear overnight with your money after a couple of months, and didn't get any viable suggestions. So I guess none exist. My next option is...

Swift doesn't exist anymore, and the other options offered don't seem viable. so doesn't seem to be that many options.

Are there serious Prop Trading firms in Canada

hmmm Nevis is also not in Canada Seems no realistic options available After my experience with the Milruds I need a company incorporated in Canada, so I’m able to protect myself legally in case of wrongdoing. I also need them to take security deposit, since I haven’t traded in years and...

Are there serious Prop Trading firms in Canada

Seems Bright only takes licensed traders and only after they go through the training (paying)course. Couldn't find any reference to Canadian offices, the supposed Vancouver office has no web page or official info available. DV seems more like they hire employees and not for independent day traders.

    WTS internalization

Any traders aware of the new internalization rules applied by WTS. Seems that to eliminate wash trades, fills between traders using WTS are hit by a flag XA9 or XR9 and instead of getting a rebate will pay a $1 per 1000 shares fee. Has anyone noticed this in their accounting, and if so...

Got a response from the Ontario Sec. Com. that they are looking into my issue. Hope it gets somewhere. So as of now the BBB and OSC are looking into it. Anyone know if the Milruds opened another trading firm under another name. this one looks like them but not sure, hope someone can...

Problem recovering my funds from Globus Trading LLC

Too bad other traders getting scammed don't take action with the BBB, OSC and CPA. It would benefit all of us if the agencies got bombarded with the same complaint against the same company all at once. We have nothing more to loose.
