Hi, Is it just me or InteractiveBrokers is down ...? I can login, but TWS does not connect to any data servers. Not even one symbol name will load and list of DATA servers is limited to 3 : ushmds, secdefnj, ndc1.ibllc.com. Anybody with the same problems?

I have this every second day.... heh... They should pay me/us for debugging ;)

Can anyone explain to me why it is up barely 4% (c.a. +3% from NAV ) as it is currency hedged so it should fly with US hedged etfs by at least 5%-6%. Underlying index was also up in Japan, no less than NIKKEI. Is market maker wrong or am I missing sth? Any thoughts?

Hi, Just want to add: Missing level one data problem is back again. This time I've noticed it on globex calendar spreads and Singapore futures. Usually it goes worse overtime, so we might expect more market quotes disappearing soon... Regards,

The problem with routing to "crap" BATS is probably there because we have selected option to route to cheapest destination or a deal between IB and BATS as it might be the cheapest for them. Those types of magic fills you describe are pretty much normal, however to be honest I found them to...

Again and again, and it is getting worse. No Level1 data in TWS for US SMART selected stock (etf) sybols. THis is really annoying.

I have the same problem. All started at the end of last month for me, some quotes for inactive symbols from US exchanges started too disappear at level1, but I could see them in level2 book (witch is useless as most of you know). Customer service of course said that I am idiot and do not...
