I know they are legitimate i have an account there and still trading it remotely. But their website changed and no one answers the phone anymore. Well, except today i finally got an email from Patrick he said that all request is going to be handled by Genesis directly. Makes me feel much better...

anyone else here trade with Motive Capital?

I trade with Motive Capital remotely and i just recently noticed their website changed with now just an address and phone number... Before their website used to be more elaborate than this. Is there a problem? Should i be worried? I also tried calling their number and i just get a voice mail.

I assume your going to use Genesis api? If so, make sure your developer is a real expert and have lots of patience learning the api on he's own because once you start you will not get support from Genesis. Genesis is a good broker but is very terrible in supporting their api.

By the way, im posting here because Genesis does not support their api. All they do is give you sample codes that does not work and some documentations. If you have questions with the api they will give you an answer "uhhhhh check the video and go back to the manual, sorry we dont support the...
