Really?! The federal government forced people into their attics? I thought it was rising water that resulted from the hurricane damage. It's true that many of those in New Orleans were impoverished, but how many of those same people blaming the government now were receiving monthly welfare...

Actually, I think it's appropriate to invest in companies (stocks) that are going to be working to rebuild after Katrina's damage. Our investments in those companies will give them capital to purchase what they need to help.
