I would not recommend for beginner, you have to know what you are doing and trade your own strategies , but you can give it a try. Start slowly with a 100 shares per trade, use real stops ,get out of the loosing trade with minimal loss. But in today’s choppy market conditions it’s hard...

I'm not aware of Tuco's case development, but I believe that most of the traders can kiss goodbye to their deposit, unfortunately. I just wounder how many of those ex Tuco traders will sign up again with him under his new name ??/ But there is always fresh meat in the market, and new suckers...
