    I believe that a bankruptcy has to be disclosed on a u4 but the firm itself will decide whether to retain you or not. If you do good business with them, why would they turn you away?

    Usually it's the payouts that are different. True prop firms with no capital have much lower payouts. Like 25-30% of the net.
