There isn't any more corruption in the Canadian markets than their counterparts in the States. Knowing his capital base would be nice, but 15k (although I would take it), isn't all that great in the big scheme of things either.

From what I was seeing, it was mainly Island (nasdaq) prints that were delayed by a few minutes and then showing as outside prints on the time & sales. This has happened every time the market volatility spikes over the past 3 days.

I have noticed over the past month that the RT feed is somewhat delayed on occasion. The real price of the stock will be 10 ticks lower, yet the last print on the charts are still 10 ticks higher. Sometimes for over a minute.
