why did you say RFN is up today? please check yahoo and google finance, both sites indicate RFN went down more than 40%.

RFN is an ETF, 2x ultra short of financial sector. when the financial sector does not go up as large as 5% today, why did RFN price fall 50% so much? it is very confusing.

nasdaq does have native built-in moc order type. take a look at nasdaq website. the moc on nasdaq takes account of orders submitted in the moc order type plus limit orders in the book at the market close.

this is because under smart route, IB can route your order to its own exchange, which is ideal, if I am rignt, thus IB can make money from your order flow.

if you do not have your own strategy, and dream to buy software to make you money, it will turn out you make them money.

Since IB has a limit of 50 messages per second, is my request to retrieve open orders considered as messages accounted to the 50-message-per-second limit?

what does it mean "50 messages limit per second" in IB API document? does it include IB feedback about order status, such as order filled or cancelled? or the messages due to the call of reqAccountUpdates()?

I heard commission (0.005 dollar per share) at bright trading is much higher than at IB.
