Yes we did blast through 4000 and it took a year to revisit it but it did finally happen. I was pretty shocked by that one. I do agree that the election year makes a pullback at some point followed by a relief rally afterward much more likely.

There could be a pullback going into the election which tends to happen as traders begin to worry about the unknown. And followed by a relief rally after it‘s decided regardless of the winner.
