I noticed one of my brokers reported Futures Optiosn P/L in form 1099B, while the other one (IB) does not. Does anybody know about the rules? Should Futures Options be treated exactly like Futures?

OpenQuant needs to broaden its use base and encourage forum participation so that questions could be answered by other users, or a search in the OpenQuant forum. Currently the dominate way to get questions answered is by Anton or Alexei, which is not the optimal way in the long term.

In my opinion you can not use OpenQuant API outside of its own IDE. You have to get QuantHouse products to do that. I get this from some posts in the OpenQuant forum.

BTW, how do you exit an option that is ITM but with wide bid/ask spread? Trade is thin at the ITM end.

Thanks. I moved some of my trading to another broker so have not checked IB margin for a while. BTW, what is the IB trade panel you mentioned? You mean TWS?

IB has stopped intraday margin for a while. Not just for Russell 2000.

Where can you see the stops? From the bar chart?
