Hello. I'm using realtick and I just found out there is a bug which prevents me from sorting options data by exchange. Is there any good provider out there that lets me see tick by tick data by exchange (CBOE, ISE etc) and not just a composite quote? Please tell me something other than CQG...

Take a look at where the stock opens relative to yesterday. It's a nice little hint if it opens near yesterday's high/low and continues to break through. It's not quite a gap but it's a little tell.
