duke & duke is a solid futures broker

the charts dont seem to be loading properly. even when selecting show candles, it loads the chart with a line chart. then i select candles, and it doesn't use the right color scheme, just plain gray. I changed it in the menu to red & green but it shows only gray. What am I doing wrong here?
