Exactly. Plus my money is already at RCG and I don't have any fears about them. Perhaps that's misplaced, but I feel comfortable with them as my FCM.

Now this is getting confusing. 21 minutes ago, Joe Easton in an email reply to me said one can do Ninja through CQG/Continuum data and clearing through RCG.

That's interesting, because I have spoken with Cannon, and was specifically told no Rithmic and RCG.

Trent, If I went with Ninja and CQG, doesn't that require Continuum and Kinetick too? If not, if it's just Ninja and CQG, who could I clear through?

I have been in contact myself with Joe over at Cannon. Gave me a Vision demo with NT and Rithmic. Worked perfectly. Good data feed. Good prices too. But the only downside (for me) is Vision and their recent CFTC not segregating funds correctly fine they got...

I'd sit tight for at least another business day until Monday. Based on posts elsewhere of 'I talked to my broker and he said....' and with NT just today releasing a new .19 that allows Rithmic to any FCM that wants it (not just Vision like before), we'll probably see more offerings by next week.

Every time I exit TS v 9.1 update 13, it asks to apply the latest update. Yet every time, it fails with this warning. Anybody experience this?

If we're a domestic account, we've already gotten back 72%. So most of our funds are already back to work. The offers from these outside companies have been restricted to 100K or more. As my remaining amount is under 10K, I can't sell anything. They don't want to bother with us small guys.

I went with Mirus out of Chicago as they seem to have good ratings from what I've gathered. They've also got $500 intraday so since I never trade more than 10 contracts at a time, conceivably I could keep just 5K in there. That of course means 10/1 margin, which is dangerous, but if I can't...

That's why it made sense to at least move the positions so you could liquidate and at least salvage some of your balance. But there should have been...

As I understand it, those with open positions had those positions transferred to another broker. Only the positions moved and even then only 75% of the margin requirements (that doesn't make sense to me either) - no excess liquidity thus margin calls for every one. Oh yea, due end of business...
