forget NAV, it's junk - same goes for McAfee imo. NOD32 is by far the best AV solution out there, bar none. NAV is just a big piece of crappily written code that slows down a machine and misses viruses anyway. I wouldn't touch it with a barge pole.

Ah, thanks for that. Do I have to have a market subscription for tick/trin? When I put in the symbols as you have suggested (below) I dont get any data showing on TWS and my charting application (sierrachart) says its an invalid security and hence displays....nothing. :(

Highest I've got is 1437.5 Maybe you've got your stop set at bid/ask, rather than market? Ask price would probably have hit 1438.
