    I agreed with sgtslotter about verified the Firm Financial Statement from the SEC and do the Math. If the firm claim they have 2000 traders with deposit lock up for one year..it should have showed the result on their statement. Look out for the Red Flags ..such as firm being fined for failing...

    SEC on US have authority over Canada? the 25 PDT does nothing to protect US trader but steer them to the prop firm which lead to abuse and fraud. Canadian brokers can lobby with their regulator to allow US trader to open account and trade... like it was mean to be --equal access to everyone...

I don't used Nasdag routing but the answered I keep hearing is ..it is Nasdag rules not firm rule :-) so for you all compliance officers...what rule book do you follow...
