I have found it to be right on the money, I use FuturesWorldNews they cut out alot of useless spin, that you get with full Dow Jones News Wires.

Now all they need is for the jobs report to come in a tad weaker then the outrageous over estimates from wall street economists

Keep in mind with some Forex data vendors, they compile quotes from various sources and about every 30 seconds its updated. If you trade short time frames 5-30 min this can put you at a serious disadvantage. If you trade longer time frames 60-240 min it should work.
