I use T&S mainly at S/R levels. If the the NQ is trending up just under a resistance level and the T&S starts getting quick and also i'm seeing some of my highlighted ask's going off, i'll start thinking that a break up through resistance might happen. Opposite for shorting through support.

Yes i think 50 is a good value. When you see quite a few going off then it gets your attention. t_a

Fast, You could try highlighting tradees for large amounts of contracts in your time & sales window ( like more than 50 contracts ). I find this helps me see when bigger buyers or sellers are getting interested. t_a

I find the 30 minute chart showing the last 2 days useful to show S/R levels. I think it's good to keep an eye on the bigger picture with the daily also, but i don't use it for trade entries or exits.
