They didnt give me any info on it but talking to others it sounds like its only an issue with comcast people.

Haven't been able to login to TOS for the last hour. They are aware of the issue but haven't fixed it yet. Just wondering if everyone is having this issue?

I use both but should note that you can get better rates that what your stating with TOS if you ask them. Also, if you trade index option products, TOS is an all in rate while IB will charge you the related exchange fees (example - SPX adds on additional fees). Additionally, if you don't trade...

Not sure if this was directed toward me but i never said you would get executed on different exchanges I am just saying you would see the best quote on each leg which might be on difference exchanges and hence why you would not get filled. Only explaining why someone might see a better quote...
