Correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought you need to either become a citizen or apply for a Visa in order to work and live in the U.S. You can't just pick up and go and decide to live in the U.S. Right?

Trading breakouts makes more sense to me because it indicates strength on the side of the prevailing trend.
