Am I missing something here? Is this some type of Black box system or a stock selection system? The only real difference would HOW you enter and exit the trade. There shouldn't be much interference from the NYSE.

You don't have a case if your order is time stamped at the exact time as the halt was given. Sucks, but thats the way the rule is written. If the time was 4:29:59, then you would have a case.

Sounds about right. You get what you pay for. Can't beat the price if your happy not getting anything. Also, make sure you have the setting for which markets you want to view.

The rules do not matter. The only thing that really matters is how much the specialist is making off you. If he wants to fill you even though the rules says he can't, you'll get filled. How many people have gotten short on a downtick that turned out to be a bottom?
