It looks like everyone covered your basic questions scott but as a personal recomendation I have been using Metatrader4 through Alpari and have been completely satisfied with their service.

All this talk about no stop forex trading is funny, If you shorted the USD/CHF this week you would have most likely blown out your account after the gains it had yesterday. set stoploss's at resistance levels on the chart and you should be fine.

The USD/CHF was a disturbing trade for many shorts yesterday, Hopefully you realized that the market was going to continue rising before doing any real damage to their account....this morning I see the EUR/USD long due to the unrelenting selling yesterday.
