Do you mean stop order for stop market? The definition of a stop order is a market order once the stop price is reached. Stop market would be redundant.

Many times its because they print it twice (albeit, only one trade) because its in the third market. Doesn't necessarily mean that its a buy and a sell by the same person.

You basically just have to click away. Don't stress over it. Its just a matter of how quickly you get through it.
