i use verizon wireless with pci card on gateway laptop. been using it since sept. good results. $92 a month unlimited access. about a second behind quotes running next to my isdn line.

my system has a stop in it. i am also trying to put a 25 cent stop on stocks with it. i can make a hard stop work on futures but cannot on stocks. any suggestions. thanks, tony

do you not use the ma crossover system that you were using when you started this journal. it seemed to be doing well. might take a look back at it. good trading, tony

i trade 300 to 500 of each stock. usually 3 stocks at a time. they are $40 stocks or greater. not scalping so a nickel slip won't be a problem. i have never used market orders before, and don't want to get printed 25 cents away.

i see there would not be a lot of slippage in fut. i trade stocks with volume of about 9 mill. a day. i was wondering if someone had e exp. and what kind of slippage to expect. thanks for your help

you might read kserra's journal. he uses a moving avg. system. i would wait until the candle closes. if it is too choppy you might use a longer time frame.

you might try trading from main street .com there are emini traders there. they used to give a free trial period.

almostatrader, look at easyriders post. i ran them side by side with e-signal and i couldn't tell any difference.

only use j trader. i have not had any problems. as far as execution, i have not used anyone else for futures. it's not as fast as matching an order for a stock on isld, but i have not had a problem with fill speed. but then i am not trying to take out the very last contract either.

been using them since first of june. seem to be a pretty decent outfit. no problems.

i have the advanced charts. they said the diff. was the background is black. any experience with these charts.
