    Pattern Day Trader and Tax

    Hi, IF I am designated as Pattern Day Trader, can I still filed my tax as Investment Income instead of Regular Job Income. Isn't all form 1099 as Investment Income. I am currently disabled and that was my occupation when I filed my tax last year. Thanks, fps
