Anyone heard of these guys. Saw that they were looking for junior equity/derivatives traders but don't know a thing about them. Couldn't find a website.

I can't profess to be faultless. One thing that I have "learned" to do while facing an extended losing streak is to halt my trading. Review all of your trades and learn from them. I keep written notes on every trade so that I can go back to them to analyze my logic, emotion and expectations...

Most of these companies trade equity, fixed income and FX derivatives. Using their websites as a guide, they look like they are established, reputable companies.
