just wondering if someone can recommend a broker that supports 4 decimal places for limit order? so far from what I have read seems like limit orders for more than two decimal places don't exist. which programs/platforms are people using trade in four decimal places?? thanks

So lets say I am watching times and sales for citibank and I see trades whizzing by at bid 4.70 and ask 4.71. I enter an order to buy citi shares at 4.70 .. order sits and sits while I am seeing citi transactions at 4.70 in times and sales, why is my order pending... all of a sudden order...

can someone advice me on how to get started in automated trading? are there any free tools out there that can help me with develop and paper trade strategies? also are there any good books on this topic? thanks
