I live in Norway but trader mostly on the US exchanges. The platforms I use is Wintrade from Nornet and SaxoTrader from Saxo Bank in Denmak. Both of these lack many features that I would like. I trade 95% on technical analyses and these platforms don't have tick charts as an example.
