Feb 17, Great day to make money but i think i over traded alittle.

Feb 12, Traded very lighly today. As the market was tanking i was waiting for the reversal. Too bad it came real late. I was already in before and barely broke positive today. By hey in the current markets, positive is POSITIVE.

I am a full time trader and have been doing things for some time now. I trade from both home and office. Currently our office is under renovations but as soon as it is remodeled i will in the office for the most part.

I agree overnights can be very tricky. If i ever hold overnights i am usually out of the position before the open.

Feb 10 All i have to say about today is TREND IS YOUR FRIEND. Was a good trading day.

What kind of system do you have? I take a bit of overnights here and there.

Feb 9 I exited my overnights and since had bit of a profit decided to take it easy the rest of the day.

Feb 6 Hard day for the traders. Overall finished ok but had to stay in some stocks overnight.

Feb 5. Was not a successfull day but at atleast i kept the losses to a minimum.

Feb 4 Only traded a couple of stocks today. Morning: Traded JLL on the earnings. Was a nice long from the open. Close: Traded CSCO on the earnings. Started longing the stock at 15:20 and got out on the close.

Monday and Tueday: Was sick and did not trade.

January 30, 2009 Open: Very good open. Shorted MSFT, RIMM and PALM. Small shares on all those shorts. Midday: Couple of ok trades. One good trade was XOM short at around 1:10pm, but had very few shares. Close: Took heavy BAC short at 3:30pm thinking the stock is going to break...

I completely agree with being short for the shorter term. The economy cannot simply recover after horrible economic data from a couple of packages. I am sure in the long run we will recover but i personally would like to be short now.
