it’s helped with separating the outside noise from my inner peace. It used to be a thin line and now it’s like the wall of china. So that noise has a tougher time disturbing my inner peace. That’s all. Adding breathe work icing on the cake.

I’ve been meditating for 6 years now daily. I’ll miss a day here and there. It’s helped me tremendously.

I used to feed the homeless the last Sunday of every month for years at the Miami Rescue mission. You are 100% correct. Out of the 300 or so we would feed from what I could asses, 150 were drug users, 100 or so had mental issues but there was always more or less 20 of them who were just like me...

In Miami the downtown today is a huge magnitude of a difference then lets say 15 year ago. 15 years ago it was office buildings during the day and bums/homeless at night, mostly a ghost town. Now its pricey condos/apts, restaurants, bars and even more homeless.
