I doubt it. nothing has really changed in years. yes the 56 test for some firms but again prop shops/arcades are so small in the eyes FINRA/SEC and other agencies. everything will remain the same. I highly doubt Dodd Frank Act which is 10000s of pages even mentions this small world...
