Andy, I have to STRONGLY agree with the others about the OS. Get the PRO version (either XP or 2000) NOT the Home version.

You can always add a $25 pci video card and get dual monitors... and keep adding to get 3 moonitors, etc. I think that's cheaper than getting a dual monitor board although you will use up a pci slot. But you should have plenty of pci slots.

Becareful of LOUD heatsink fans on AMD cpus. Make sure to get a 'quiet' one. I heard 80 mm Panaflos are quiet for case fans.
