I do see volume cell changing, and I changed pace thresholds so I can see volume moving up. If "fractal" is set to 5, does this not mean that it should be measuring the volume of each 5 minute bar separately? If so, why does bar time not change? Sorry for beginner questions.

You are correct, Velocity rates are $3.75/rt. However, I'm not talking about them. My broker offers me $3.00/rt all-in with platform fee, or $4.75 with no platform fee. When you say you can beat these rates -- by how much?? Thanks
