On a longer time frame, it is an up trend line. Draw a trend line from Friday's RTH low to today's RTH low and voila, almost to the tick. I know that's an ancient trend line to you. :p

Hey, at least you took that trade. I wussed out on that beautiful symmetrical triangle break, too bad it didn't follow through. You are right nothing to complain about, lucky I was able to dig myself out of an ~80 tick hole. Please excuse my bitching and moaning, I do that a lot :D

Yes, sorry Bighog, I forgot to reference you in my original post. I also remember him saying that this also works because for most days the range expansion occurs in the AM. So in essence the goal is to be in the trade in the right direction and near the start of the move.
