I was a pro poker player for 5 years and now have been a trader for the past 2 and trading is a hell of a lot less stressful on a day to day basis. For my style, trading has smaller draw-downs. In poker, I had like 60% winning days vs. trading about 80% winning days.

Aardvark is a subsidiary of TMG so it's really not a small firm. I know people at TMG that got their offer the day of their 2nd interview. To my knowledge most of those guys got an offer within a week.

They are really picky. They see about 500 applicants per each hiring period and maybe hire 2-3. I've seen alot of the resumes that work at TMG/Aardvark and it's sick. Most are from Ivy League schools w/ 3.7+ GPA or have some kind of top notch work experience related to the field.
