Stocks that track Nasdaq

a lot of high volume chips and biotechs - amat, klac, intc ..... bgen, amgn, pdli, hgsi .... also msft, csco, vrsn, vrts .... I am forgetting a bunch. The strongest stocks will lead as the futures set new highs and the weakest will lead with new lows. If you watch a new high/low ticker this...

Need a recommendation for a NYC firm

If you push the point criticizing Bright or Nassar, Baron just deletes the post, regardless of who is right. A little bird told me that Terranova just got an exclusive ad deal on ET. This place will be soon be one big Nassar ad.

    Wade Cook Indicted

Maybe Wade can bunk with William McCorkle, the former foreclosure guru who now is a guest of the government in Florida.

    Trading Expo

Looks like 'the powers that be' edited this thread like crazy. How wonderful it is that someone else is deciding which part of the "open" discussion that I am allowed to read. I would never want to decide for myself what to believe or not believe. Maybe if I buy some banner ads, my posts...

    Fibonacci Retracements

http://goldennumber.net/index.html Fibs are not a magic secret to money-making or anything like that, but they are everywhere in nature. This is an extrapolation that is just my opinion, but since they are in nature, even in the human body, then changes in crowd emotion might follow...

    Fibonacci Retracements

Setting the time frame is as important as picking the right level. Just think of them as key levels. Sometimes it will drop, pause at a fib for a brief moment, then plummet right through. Sometimes it never even pauses. I'm a big fan of Leonardo of Pisa, filius Bonacci. He was noted for...

    Oh for shame!!!

On what do you base your far-reaching assertion that there are no guru crooks? If you knew one who was a crook, would you not want to warn people?

    Oh for shame!!!

I know of no vender who is a crook. Good for you. So if you don't know of a crook, there must not be any? You are the definitive authority? There are no frauds in the day trading industry?

Pristine chatrooms - worth $750? or no..?

My former prop floor had the pristine educational chat for a while. We did not trade every call, so I can't say for sure about them. It is hard to verify "track record" claims. They really seem to chase on their entries. When they call something as a buy and ring the little bell, the stock...

    Commercialization

How about those affiliated with advertisers posting reviews and praise of their own company without disclosing the relationship? How about Baron deleting posts that criticize his advertisers?

    Trading with David Nassar

You are supposed to pay the higher rate for quotes from nyse and naz if you have a 7, or I believe even if you are a full-time trader (doing it as a profession, thus a professional). This is according to the legalese in the exchange agreements. However, this little rule is VERY widely...

The best broker for OTC:BB stock and low funds

It does not seem that they regulate spam OTCBB stock hyping emails very well. I get them all the time. I really get the impression that regulators have just about given up on the otcbb. Fraudulent behavior is everywhere - people just accept it. The otcbb market is a joke, imo, but...

The best broker for OTC:BB stock and low funds

Can you short OTCBB? Then I could trade against all the spam "stock alerts" I keep getting. Maybe I should just buy some junk bb stock - or better yet start my own company and issue my own junk bb stock - and then become a spammer.

The best broker for OTC:BB stock and low funds

Are you interested in otcbb because you have low funds? If so, for your own sake, stay away from penny stocks. Get a $500 cash account and swing trade nasdaq and nyse listed. FWIW Penny stock broker says to client, "Got a great stock. You need to buy it. Only 10 cents." Client says...

    Question about margin...

Very likely no margin charges. I can't say with 100% certainty. It depends on what clearing firm your broker uses. Ask your broker.
