Is there any instrument that one can succesfully day trade over the weekend?

This is probably a very stupid question but I can't figure out so will appreciate anyone to explain to me. If I have an open postion and enter trades for a stop loss and take profit level, how do I get the one order to cancel automatically when the other one executes?

If the market is moving severely against me, what type of slippage can I expect for a small stop loss order on the major currency pairs? E.g. a 9/11 scenario or severe unexpected move by the Fed?

I've read a lot of posts giving the advice that your risk:reward ratio should be at least 2:1 but why? E.g. with proper money mangement why can I not use a 1:2 risk reward ratio if I'm right often enough?

Mmm Trade 3 hit the stop loss just after i set it. The price made a big downward spike which i could only see on the 10 second graph. Is this something that happens often? Anyway profit of 2 pips on trade 3.

Which currency pairs can I trade with as little as possible correlation to other pairs? E.g. EUR/USD and EUR/JPY, Euro weakness or strenght will affect both pairs. Hope you understand my question. Cheers
