The cost is perfect. My spending limit is 3000 not to mention the bargain I'm getting because it has a 512MB vid card which would of normally costs me 400 extra :D

Yeah, they seem pretty good... Personally since I have never owned my own notebook I don't seem to be bothered by the issue of it being heavy. Unfortunately since I am very picky, when I looked into Alienware, I did not want to settle for anything other than the Aurora 7700.

Damn... I was pretty stoked about the sager too. Well explain in what areas are they arrogant because the only service I would ever need is assistance with troubleshooting my PC, or sending it in for a repair. Would I have trouble with that with Sager?

Are you saying that Sager is not up to par on customer service? I haven't had a chance to speak to them so I have no knowledge of how they do in dealing with customers.

Well at Dell, everyone I spoke to does speak English and all that good stuff and as far as I know they were in America. The only problem is they are salespeople who do not know anything about computers other than "It's the newest! It is the top of the line model!"..... Great service

Customer service. If my pc messes up (which it will, me and electronics don't get along) then I need somebody who can help me out with as little problems as possible.

Thanks man... I'm not only focused on the Dell (they are a large and widely trusted company) I also am looking at Sager. If anybody has any information about their newest line (I believe it's called the 5760) any information would be greatly appreciated.

Dang... I never considered Ebay... Do you know if the same sell has an XPS 1710 with 2.16 Ghz and 2 Gigs of Ram? Possibly a warranty?

It's not just for the music... It's for multitasking and gaming... Future games to come are going to do a number on computers so I'd rather be prepared.
