This recently started occurring in my Excel API running DDE Socket Bridge. My ticker tab values auto-updates with no issue, but to access account, portfolio, or historical data, a DDE prompt pops up that I have to manually press "OK" on (for instance when I press Subscribe to Portfolio Updates)...

Figured it out. Just have to select "allow connections from local host" in API settings.

I'm just now figuring out how to use DDE Socket Bridge after using the Legacy DDE for the past several years. Running runDdeSocketBridge.bat (which is required to connect the API) prompts this popup that has to be accepted: Is there any way to auto-accept that popup prompt? I automate TWS...
