    Exactly, Gain Futures is fully aware of the problem. There was a time when you called them on this they would at issue a system wide warning. As a public company they have an obligation to warn about this as well as fix it. I guess that is why GCAP is down to $3.50, not even a takeover target.

    Right again. I experienced the same issue during the same time period yesterday. On the other hand, my native CQG feed was rock solid in comparison and did not have a lag. Interestingly, today during the "Fast Market " I did NOT experience a lag.

At least they have acknowledge the problem to you rather denying their is a problem or is somehow your fault. The second question is this really independent Gain Futures data or a CQG overlay.
