It depends on the day Could be as much as 30 trades But if the markets aren’t setting up may 2 or 3. TT standard would be ok. I don’t use a lot of platform techs. Just really basic. Bollinger bands and Stochastics.

You have any experience with TT? Do you think it would make a difference when scalping? I’m trying to switch to a broker with TT so I can reduce the slippage I experience scalping currently. But is it worth it? It would work out to $400 a month just for TT platform plus FCM.

I agree I don’t think it would be good enough. What FCMs have direct connection to CME? I know generic trade who I deal with does, but they don’t run TT or CQG.

I’m on the other side of the country and getting professional software access for $700 a month that might reduce slippage isn’t an option for most of us I would say.
